The Blackstone River Needs Assessment Project brings together partners from across the Blackstone River watershed. The final report was released in September 2021, in which the group identified priority needs and responsive recommended actions that improve water quality, native habitat, and watershed resilience. The project was funded by EPA’s Southeast New England Coastal Watershed Restoration Program.
